How do you like to train?

Its important to train at in a way that works for you and your lifestyle. All training packages include on-going fitness and posture assessments, nutritional advice, fitness education and goal planning.

One-to-One Training

The best option to ensure optimum results, train one-to-one with my guidance in a fully equipped gym. Create a personal fitness program to make sure you stay on track and reach your goal. From £40 an hour for a one off session and £35 each for a commitment of 12 sessions.

I love training sessions with nick , they are always fun and you never know what to expect which makes it so exciting. He is a great laugh and easy to talk to; literally such a nice guy. I think getting a PT is the best option if you struggle with your workouts/weight. I wanted to lose a stone and tone but didn't really know what I was doing so I contacted Nick. He has motivated me and put so much effort into helping me reach my goals.
